On the Umbrella system, native product apps were built for four platforms: Windows ("Spotlight"), macOS ("Unicorn") and Mobile ("Uno", via React Native for iOS and Android).
Following an inventory we validated across three rounds: how much OS-typical design versus how much brand design customers actually prefer, and how consistent the experience must be across platforms so it can genuinely be used cross-platform. I owned direction and prioritisation, delivered by the team.
